In this example, X means shipping boxes and Y means protective inserts. You need 10 of each. A quotes EUR 10 per unit with no fees. B quotes X at EUR 8 and Y at EUR 12, plus EUR 5 in fees if B is selected.
Boxes from B, inserts from A: EUR 80 + 100 + 5 in fees.
185 EUREverything from A: EUR 200 in goods − EUR 40 discount. Fees: EUR 0.
160 EURDecisive clause: the 20% discount requires all 10 boxes AND all 10 inserts from A.

Open the business item to correct. Enter discounts as percentages. Save each section to your draft, then finish the corrections with a reason. Accept the exact version afterwards. A scenario retains its hypothetical status.
Calculation seeks an allocation within the accepted conditions. A separate check recalculates quantities and costs. Choose a reference plan and review differences in conditions, allocation and dates. Differences do not prove realised savings.
Excel includes the summary, allocations, supplier costs, conditions and sources. CSV includes lines and their version; fixed fees are in Excel. “Print / save as PDF” opens the browser's print dialog. The JSON packet and separate receipt support reproducible verification.
