BidResolve already reads your PDF, TXT, CSV and Excel quotes. AI proposes their terms and links them to the original documents. You review and correct them before accepting. Reading automates the first step; the purchasing decision then requires calculating the terms together.
Keep the decision in your hands
The calculation searches for the lowest-cost allocation within the accepted offers and terms. It considers discounts, fees, minimums, capacities and deadlines together. Compare alternatives without overwriting your original plan.
A separate program recalculates compliance with the modelled terms and the cost. Export the allocation, amounts, terms and sources. This check does not prove optimality: the solver reports that status separately.
