A free pilot to evaluate the product
BidResolve is offered as a pilot, with no sales or paid subscriptions on this installation. The trial includes one project after email confirmation. Use only documents you are authorised to process and share with the providers listed.
Hosting and providers
The site, database and documents are hosted on Google Cloud in the Paris region (europe-west9). Encrypted backups are held in storage separate from the application machine, in the same region.

OpenAI provides document interpretation through its API. Spacemail, a Spaceship service, delivers confirmation, password reset and completion emails. Notifications do not contain the documents; their links require authentication.
Documents and decisions
Originals, conditions, corrections, acceptances and results are linked to your private workspace. You review and accept the conditions before calculation. Exports support verification of the result within the accepted scope.
An account has one owner. Team access, SSO and MFA are not available in this version. Do not share your credentials.
Retention and deletion
Inactive projects are subject to deletion after 365 days. You can delete your account or export your data from your workspace. Archiving a project does not delete it.
Offsite backups expire after 30 days, with technical recovery possible for a further 7 days on Google Cloud. Local encrypted copies expire after 7 days. Deletion in the application does not rewrite existing backups.
