BidResolve

Pilot terms of use

Version dated 11 September 2026 · Free pilot

Purpose and access

Adel Chetara, an individual, offers BidResolve to evaluate a purchasing decision support tool. The pilot is intended for adults acting in a professional capacity. Access is personal, free and does not renew automatically into a paid service.

A confirmed trial grants one project, up to six interpretations, one plan and two variants. It does not place supplier orders automatically. No payment is requested during this pilot.

Your control over the decision

AI-assisted interpretation can contain errors or omissions. You check the sources, correct conditions and accept the model before calculation. Verification checks a result within that model; it does not certify document truth, legal or technical eligibility of an offer, or delivery.

You remain responsible for assessing suppliers, technical equivalence and the final decision. No savings, exhaustive market coverage or continuous availability are guaranteed.

Documents, privacy and permitted use

You retain your rights to your documents. You authorise only processing necessary for the service by the providers described in the privacy policy. You must have the required rights and sharing permissions. Do not use the pilot for sensitive data or data subject to obligations incompatible with this processing.

Attempting to access other users’ data, bypass trial limits or disrupt the service is prohibited. Access may be suspended to protect users, with notice where security and the law permit.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher’s liability for foreseeable direct loss attributable to the service is capped at EUR 1,000 per user for the entire pilot. This cap does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, personal injury or liabilities that mandatory law prohibits limiting.

No clause deprives an essential obligation of its substance, and no limitation reduces mandatory rights of data subjects. A decision not reviewed by the user does not constitute a guarantee from the publisher.

Ending the pilot and requests

You may stop using the service, export your data and delete your account. The publisher may end the pilot with 30 days’ notice to allow export, except where security or legal requirements dictate otherwise. Retention periods and rights are described in the privacy policy.

French law applies, subject to applicable mandatory provisions. Send requests to support@bidresolve.com to seek an amicable resolution; jurisdiction is determined under applicable law.
