Documents and decisions

Documents are stored in private storage on this installation. Originals, conditions, corrections, acceptances and results remain linked to your organisation. Files are downloaded as attachments and displayed text is not executed.

Interpretation sends the necessary data to the provider selected by the operator. The provider, region, retention practices, subprocessors and contractual terms must be specified and approved before customer documents are entrusted to this installation. Transport encryption alone does not establish these guarantees.

Retention and deletion

The configured cleanup period for inactive projects is 365 days. The operator must schedule and monitor cleanup; this setting alone does not prove deletion occurred. Archiving a project does not delete it or exempt it from retention policy.

Your account lets you export data and request deletion by confirming your password. An unresolved payment or subscription may block deletion. The operator must document backup policies and purge schedules.

Security and billing

This application provides an owner workspace, password sign-in, sessions and password reset through configured email. Team management, SSO and MFA are not provided in this version. Do not share an account with colleagues.

Payments go through the configured provider. The software does not store card details. Returning from checkout grants no credit: provider confirmation is required.

Support and commercial documents

Before opening to customers, the operator must publish a verified support address, legal identity, applicable terms of sale and data information matching the services actually used. No company name, address or contractual commitment is invented here.
